nice location, near at Joseph Cathedral, train street, there is a Bar nearby. The hotel is quiet old , it got Lift, comfortable room and bed ,clean and spacious..

The hotel is within old quarter near or walking distance to some spots and recommended restos. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer transfers going to airport. The room is clean, functioning AC, they clean the room everyday, provided new towel and toiletries everyday. Breakfast is also included. wifi sometimes got slow but its ok. Overall it is highly recommended, and definitely will book here again soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect especially if you want to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

The front desk very helpful and approachable they help us to arrange our transportation everytime we are going to places we wanted and the location of hotel is walking distance from the tourist spot like st Joseph cathedral 5 mins away and also train street 10 mins only and a famous food bon cha 2 mins , so i highly recommended this hotel at old quarter area . breakfast: perfect transport access: perfect hotel location: perfect

Uwielbiam ten hotel. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Na dole znajdują się restauracje, które nie są jeszcze zbyt popularne w mediach społecznościowych, ale jedzenie jest świetne i chętnie odwiedzane przez lokalnych mieszkańców. Spróbuj steika gdzieś w pobliżu, deseru w lokalu obok oraz dań z ryżem na drugim rogu. Niedaleko stąd spacerem do Starej Dzielnicy, targu i jezior Hoan Kiem. Kilka kroków stąd na dole jest pani z owocami, u której codziennie robię zakupy. Dostaliśmy jedyny pokój na 9. piętrze, gdzie możemy kończyć dzień w wannie. Pokój nie jest nowy i przydałoby mu się kilka napraw, ale ogólnie jest ładny i przestronny. Wystarczy się rozejrzeć, aby bez wysiłku trafić w miejsca polecane w mediach społecznościowych.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The room was well-maintained and had everything We needed for a relaxing stay. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. If you’re assigned to an upper floor, be prepared to take the stairs—so it might be a bit challenging if you’re carrying heavy luggage or not used to climbing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t mind a bit of a workout going up and down the stairs.

The hotel owner is very friendly and accomodating. They allow me to check in very early because my sleeper bus from Sapa arrive early in the morning.

The hotel was easily accessible and has a good location. I would like to commend the staff especially David and their other receptionist who helped us check in early to let us rest after our sleeper bus transfer and also helped us transfer to their sister hotel so we will have somewhere to stay in before our evening flight on the same day as our check out from Delica. The room is cleaned regularly and the facilities are quite new. For our room, the space is quite small and the aircon takes some time to cool the room. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection and was filling. It is really a great stay in Hanoi!
