The hotel is within old quarter near or walking distance to some spots and recommended restos. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer transfers going to airport. The room is clean, functioning AC, they clean the room everyday, provided new towel and toiletries everyday. Breakfast is also included. wifi sometimes got slow but its ok. Overall it is highly recommended, and definitely will book here again soon.

Tento hotel miluji. Poloha je perfektní. Dole byly restaurace, které ještě nebyly tak populární na sociálních sítích, ale jídlo je skvělé – a navštěvují je místní. Zkuste steak někde poblíž. Dezert hned vedle. Rýžová jídla na druhém rohu. Krátká procházka od Staré čtvrti, trhu a jezera Ho Kiem. Pár kroků od hotelu dole je paní s ovocem, u které nakupuji každý den. Dostali jsme jediný pokoj v 9. patře, kde jsme den zakončili ve vaně. Pokoj není nový a potřeboval by pár oprav, ale celkově je pokoj pěkný a prostorný. Projděte se a uvidíte ta místa, která doporučují na sociálních sítích, aniž byste se o to snažili.

We stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel in Hanoi, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, so everything is super accessible—restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots are all within walking distance. One of the best things about this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From check-in to arranging tours and transportation, they made everything easy for us. You can really feel the good service during the whole stay. Many guests also highlight their hospitality as one of the hotel’s strongest points.  The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bed was nice, and the space was well-maintained, which made it easy to rest after a long day exploring Hanoi. Cleanliness and comfort are consistently rated high by guests.  The location is perfect—it’s in the heart of the Old Quarter and just a short walk to places like Hoan Kiem Lake and night markets.

Location: near St. Joseph's Cathedral and lot's of resto nearby. No elevator just like any other hotel in Old Quarter. No staff to help with the luggage so make sure you exercise and have muscle strenght hihi Overall it was a good hotel complete toiletries and super comfy bed.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect especially if you want to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

We upgraded our room to a Deluxe, and it was definitely worth it! The hotel has a great location, and our room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the hot shower was great, and the air-conditioning was super cold—perfect after a long day exploring Hanoi. We also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. We stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed making our coffee every morning while watching the beautiful view. The breakfast was also great, with options like banh mi, pancakes, and pho. Most of all, the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful!

The hotel owner is very friendly and accomodating. They allow me to check in very early because my sleeper bus from Sapa arrive early in the morning.
