Staff were outstanding, only stayed one night in preparation for flight next day, breakfast was bountiful.
4 minute walk to lake and a world of foods.
I would stay again without a doubt.

Giving three stars mainly for the lovely and accommodating staff. But unfortunately our room was not in great condition. It was on the first floor at the back of the building and felt very worn. The bathroom was moldy, with a broken shower handle and rain shower. The hallway was also quite dark, and overall the hotel feels tired and in need of maintenance. We requested and paid for a short extension and were moved to a smaller room, which the staff kindly arranged. It was also on the first floor at the back of the building and had a strong smell and a loud vibrating noise possibly from the aircon. Perhaps other rooms are in better condition, but based on our experience, this is the only place out of the six hotels and homestays we stayed at during our two-week trip in Vietnam that we wouldn’t return to. Breakfast was okay and they have free biscuits (which we liked).

Super Location was ideal for walking around old town, staff were very friendly, attentive and responsive. This is an older hotel and although clean, some updating could improve rating!

The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast included made to order eggs and pancakes which my children enjoyed.
They exchanged money for us at the front desk, allowed us to store our luggage and check in early (for fee of 500,000 dong). They offer travel assistance (can make bookings for you) and recommendations.
The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working. The staff offered their own person hair dryer to me and the next morning delivered a hair dryer that they purchased.
Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.
