Bintan

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux lors de l'excursion au Lac Bleu et dans la mangrove à Bintan ! Notre chauffeur, Atong, était ponctuel, poli et semblait connaître tout le monde partout où il allait. Il était également très attentionné, nous offrant des parapluies sous le soleil de plomb. Notre guide de la mangrove, Eddy, était fantastique ! Il était amusant, compétent et avait un œil incroyablement vif, repérant la faune de loin que nous aurions facilement manquée. Après la visite de la mangrove, Atong nous a emmenés au Lac Bleu. Il y a un photographe qui nous a aidés à prendre quelques photos avec son appareil et, peu de temps après, les photos nous ont été gentiment envoyées par AirDrop sans frais supplémentaires. Nous avons également opté pour le déjeuner supplémentaire à 12 $, qui en valait vraiment la peine ! Le buffet était copieux, savoureux et juste à la bonne portion, bien que nous ayons encore eu pas mal de restes. Le voyage s'est terminé par un court arrêt à la boutique de souvenirs. Dans l'ensemble, une expérience très agréable et mémorable, vivement recommandée !

the best tour guide ever Pak/Mas Dika! Super friendly, understanding and comprehensive in the tour! We were spoilt with choices on which packages to choose and just selected this and Alhamdullilah we had the best guide to guide us along the way. We booked another private tour with him the next day for snorkelling, kayaking and fireflies activity and it was the most amazing experience and smoothest ride ever. He even took really good pictures for us without even asking and that’s the most sought out service ever. On top of that, he played my favourite songs Pop Punk genre throughout the rides which made the atmostphere more homely. I highly and definitely recommend Pak/Mas Dika when you’re planning to come to Bintan or for any tours as he’s the reliable, trustworthy and efficient. This aint a biased review honestly as we had a great time and tour with him! Hope to see you again Pak Dika and we’ll meet again soon!! 🩶😇 ASIKKKKK~

M. Adrian était un excellent guide touristique. Il nous a aidés à prendre de très belles photos et a même aidé à porter nos enfants plus âgés dans les escaliers raides des dunes. Il était également très compétent ! Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de l'avoir comme guide. L'endroit était vraiment magnifique et c'est vraiment un endroit à visiter absolument ! J'ai pris de nombreuses photos très pittoresques et j'ai été impressionné par les dunes et les lacs bleus ! Ne manquez pas non plus le lac vert !

I saw on the news that Grab service is now available in Bintan, but it seems like the area is somewhat limited (because I turned on Grab in the middle and it said it wasn't available in that area). I felt a bit lost about how to find transportation, so I searched for a day tour and booked it urgently a day before, and I think it was an excellent choice. Because the guide was so, so great!! 🥳 I don't know if it's a random assignment or if only this guide is assigned, but the guide's name was Anwar, and communication was smooth via KakaoTalk even late at night. Before meeting, he carefully gave accurate pick-up location information again, the car was clean, and he prepared bottled water in the car in advance. Oh, and another great thing was that Anwar had a drone and even filmed with it! He said he wasn't a great expert, but I thought he was skilled enough to film, and he even let me fly the drone once, haha. I had a very enjoyable time. Originally, he explained the Chinese temple on the way to Blue Lake and said we'd stop by on the way back, but the last speedboat time was 6 pm, so we had to rush back ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ I highly recommend it to anyone planning to go to Bintan!! It's a shame that I can't attach the video! Oh, and you have to get to Bintan Island on your own, and the tour starts from Bintan Island! There are many eagles or owls there, and it's okay to just take pictures, but it seems like you have to pay if you take pictures with them. I was scared, so I didn't do it, but those who are interested should keep that in mind, haha. I went to Blue Lake around 2-4 pm on a weekday, and it was nice because there were no people or sunlight, but they say Blue Lake looks bluer when there is sun. Well, I thought it was good enough.

La visite de la mangrove était super ! Le guide a présenté la mangrove en détail et parle très bien anglais et mandarin.

The best and most romantic trip. Our driver, Dodi, was very kind and pleasant. We were able to communicate with him in English without any issues. He was also very punctual, and we had a very meaningful time. We also did a firefly tour in Kota Kinabalu, but it wasn't great because the ferry was too big, crowded, and chaotic. We were worried about the weather, but the Bintan mangrove tour was very quiet, and we were able to see fireflies that looked like Christmas trees. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you to both Dodi and the tour guide.

We engaged the driver for 2 days (4 hours each day) and had such a pleasant experience. He was very accommodating to both the young and elderly in our group, always adjusting to our needs and requests. His thoughtful recommendations made it easy for us to see the best of Bintan without feeling rushed. Nous avons visité Safari Lagoi et l'Eco Farm lors de notre voyage à Bintan avec deux jeunes enfants et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Safari Lagoi offrait une belle variété d'animaux dans un cadre soigné ; les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié nourrir les ours malais et observer les serpents de près. L'Eco Farm était paisible et interactive, offrant la possibilité d'admirer les arbres fruitiers et d'interagir avec les animaux de la ferme. Les deux sites étaient éducatifs et adaptés aux enfants, mais il faut s'attendre à des frais supplémentaires. De nombreuses activités (comme le nourrissage, les promenades en buggy ou les visites guidées) sont payantes, ce qui peut vite grimper. Malgré tout, le personnel était sympathique et serviable, et l'expérience a été agréable et mémorable pour notre famille. Une bonne excursion d'une demi-journée si vous êtes à Bintan avec des enfants ; prévoyez simplement un petit supplément pour les options !
