The overall environment of the SPA is very good, offering quiet private rooms. The technicians' massage skills are also very professional. I mentioned my post-workout muscle soreness in advance, and the technician adjusted the pressure according to my condition. Spalab is not far from our hotel and also provides pick-up and drop-off services. I really liked the scent of the Relaxation massage oil; it's very soothing.

At first, I was hesitant to book the massage package after reading the reviews. But I’m glad I went ahead with it as the massage was gentle, relaxing, and very well done. My masseur was young, but she was experienced and skilled. The environment was also great and very comfortable. The service package also included pick-up and drop-off, and the arrangements were handled smoothly through WhatsApp.

The staff are very accommodating. They also offer free transfer to and from the hotel. the experience was lit!

Therapist was very friendly and soft-spoken towards us. The massage and body scrubs were awesome. we would definitely come back again!

Quelle belle journée ce fut de rencontrer notre guide touristique, Ah Long. C'est un guide chinois local qui parle un excellent mandarin. Patient, poli, ponctuel et très compétent, il nous a même emmenés déguster un déjeuner local délicieux et abordable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et avons vraiment apprécié notre voyage avec Ah Long.

M. Adrian était un excellent guide touristique. Il nous a aidés à prendre de très belles photos et a même aidé à porter nos enfants plus âgés dans les escaliers raides des dunes. Il était également très compétent ! Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de l'avoir comme guide. L'endroit était vraiment magnifique et c'est vraiment un endroit à visiter absolument ! J'ai pris de nombreuses photos très pittoresques et j'ai été impressionné par les dunes et les lacs bleus ! Ne manquez pas non plus le lac vert !

the best tour guide ever Pak/Mas Dika! Super friendly, understanding and comprehensive in the tour! We were spoilt with choices on which packages to choose and just selected this and Alhamdullilah we had the best guide to guide us along the way. We booked another private tour with him the next day for snorkelling, kayaking and fireflies activity and it was the most amazing experience and smoothest ride ever. He even took really good pictures for us without even asking and that’s the most sought out service ever. On top of that, he played my favourite songs Pop Punk genre throughout the rides which made the atmostphere more homely. I highly and definitely recommend Pak/Mas Dika when you’re planning to come to Bintan or for any tours as he’s the reliable, trustworthy and efficient.
