The location is good, and the breakfast is especially excellent. And the staff at the reception were very friendly in their explanations. I would like to use it again on my next trip.

The place was very accesible to old quarters and tourist attractions. The room was spacious enough for everyone. The management was too accomodating they help us get our luggage bag all the way to sapa and also helped us booked some grab. They dont have elevators but they helped you with your luggages. Very Cheap and affordable hotel in hanoiii superbbb!!! 💯

I love my stay here, it is comfortable, the staffs are great, as a Female solo traveller i feel safe in my accommodation and the area is great which is near in the tourist attraction. They always clean the room. And also I request for an airport transfer. I highly recommend Galliot Central Hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. Even though we arrived late, the staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
