Location is great because it's within the old quarter. There's an ATM infront of the hotel itself. They have elevator and buffet breakfast is included. All staff are friendly especially the hotel manager! The room and all facilities are clean!!!

Everything went well during my stay. The hotel is as expected boutique contemporary style. Staffs were helpful and accommodating. Facilities okay. Breakfast ordinary. In the center of Old Quarter but still on quiet location.

Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa is a wonderful place located in the lively Old Quarter, it gives easy access to shops, street food, and attractions while still feeling peaceful inside. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and strong air-conditioning. Some rooms even have balconies overlooking the busy streets, adding to the authentic Hanoi experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help but sometimes you need to remind them to clean your room. Breakfast offers a good mix of Vietnamese and Western dishes, including fresh fruits and pho. The Overall, the hotel offers great value, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
