5 points for location and staff . Great place since it's a walking distance to train street. Staffs are very courteous. With regards to room, i rate 3 because it's very small. We had 2 huge luggages and 2 hand carry and other small bags and it occupied much space that we can barely move around.

The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded us to a better room (balcony) since our chosen room was not yet available at the moment. With an small fee, we were able to check in as early as we wanted. They were also able to communicate properly regarding our requests and also our queries. They were also able provide us with the best stay we could ever have!
