Great hotel! If you got Grab or Gojek, anywhere should be easy to travel. Walking around has a supermarket within 3 mins. Mall are not near so suggest taking a Cab out. The breakfast in the morning is also very good, probably the best around the area with Japanese and Vietnamese selections.

The staff are very friendly. When I wanted to change rooms to a king size bed instead of 1 single bed, it was given. But it is not very near to the nearesr mall, about 10 mins walk and you can only go by an underground passage which has an opening and closing time so it is not always open. All in all, it was a great experience, maybe when more facilities come in the future, it will be a true 10/10 hotel.

Regarding the rooms in Roygent Parks Hotel, I book 2 rooms, a Residential Deluxe and a Hollywood Superior room. The rooms are great, the Hollywood Superior room has a bigger bed compared to a Residential Deluxe if you have a +1. The toilets are clean and hot water is readily available. The air-con will take a while to cool the room. Overall, a great experience. Would come back to this hotel again when I visit Hanoi. Thank you to all staff and managers!

Roygent Parks Hotel is one of the better experiences in Hanoi. It is about 5-7 mins walking distance to the nearest mall. The breakfast in the morning have a great balance of western and Japanese choices. Something to take note of: Whenever you book a taxi/cab/Gojek, it automatically directs to Vinata Tower and the driver might get lost finding the actual location (Roygent Parks).
