Transport in Pingtung

We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We're truly thankful to the THSR team for their professionalism and commitment to passenger safety. When I went, the sea was calm, so it only took 20 minutes to arrive from Donggang Ferry Terminal. I used it on a Sunday, and there was a slight difference between the timetable given to me at the ticket office and the actual operating schedule. It seemed like there were more ferry times available, probably because it was a weekend. It would be best to confirm the exact times at the ticket office. Also, you'll need your passport when purchasing or exchanging tickets at the ticket office. I had forgotten my passport at the accommodation, but fortunately, a photo of it was acceptable, so I was able to exchange my ticket without any issues.

Finding the store was a bit difficult, but the electric scooter performs well, and battery replacements are easy to do at the battery exchange stations around the island.

Very easy! Took some time to find the stall but once you get your ticket the bus will be waiting downstairs. Make sure to book your route back as those ones get fairly full fast. The bus itself is spacious and clean

The driver was already at the agreed-upon location before the scheduled time. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver drove quickly and safely to Donggang Ferry Terminal within 50 minutes at 9 AM.

very amazing views and the tour guide was great. easy to redeem, must go if you are in taitung area to see the taitung blue scenery! bought protection for weather cancellation but did not have to use it

The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

I rented it for 24 hours. Although I only used it for 3 hours, it was a very valuable experience. If I had more time, I would have liked to use it longer. Thank you very much.

A great experience. Four hours well spent discovering magnificent places. Very interesting and comprehensive explanations. It all ends with a very unique, fresh, and delicious fish restaurant. Definitely a must-do.
