Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Purchasing round-trip ferry tickets on KLOOK is more affordable than buying them on-site. Booking online in advance also helps secure your itinerary. However, please note that both legs of the journey must be with the same ferry company. To redeem your paper round-trip tickets, present the QR code from your purchase voucher and a valid ID at the corresponding ferry company's ticket counter. Once you arrive in Xiaoliuqiu, remember to keep your return ticket safe, as you'll need it to board the ferry back to Donggang after your trip!

Very practical for getting around the island and easy to change the battery. I recommend it.

They provide water and tissues. It's a 2 hour and 30 minute journey to Kenting! One night in Kenting isn't enough. You should stay for at least two nights!

The driver was already at the agreed-upon location before the scheduled time. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver drove quickly and safely to Donggang Ferry Terminal within 50 minutes at 9 AM.

Super cute route with a lunchbox included, however, No drinks are included during the righteous in the beginning when you collect your ticket . make sure to sit on the right side facing train direction because that’s where the seaside is. I took the train when it was raining, but it was still nice. Of course I would prefer everything to be blue or just like the lovely blue train.

The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Today's driver was very thoughtful, providing plenty of information without being pushy. The car was also very clean and comfortable, allowing my family to really enjoy the entire trip. This is truly the most important thing, allowing us to take a breather and clear our minds from our busy work lives. ;)

You can easily travel from Zuoying Station to the harbor for Xiaoliuqiu. It's slightly cheaper to book and pay online than to top up an EasyCard and take the bus. Since my itinerary only included Xiaoliuqiu and no other places in Kaohsiung, it was a convenient option.
