Cross-City Chartered Car Day Tour: Taipei / Taichung / Nantou / Chiayi / Tainan / Kaohsiung / Pingtung (Departure from Taipei)

This time, I chartered a car for a day in Taiwan with my children and elderly mother! Our driver, Mr. Wang, picked us up at the hotel right on time and drove us safely from morning till night, covering the long round trip from Taipei to Taichung, including bathroom breaks. For lunch, Mr. Wang recommended an affordable and authentic Taiwanese restaurant, and he was very thoughtful, even giving us donuts along the way, guiding us to various places, and parking the car conveniently close. Thanks to him, both my children and mother said they had a wonderful time and were very satisfied! He truly did an excellent job with the long journey! He also explained various places to us, and I think it would be fantastic if Mr. Wang could drive us again if we visit Taiwan in the future!

I'm traveling with my kids, but I don't want to have to travel a long way, so I charter a car for a day trip. I don’t have many itinerary arrangements (only arrangements are from the airport, Lofting Truck, Buffalo Pit, Shifen). The driver of the chartered bus, Mr. Chen Jiahuan, was very nice and took the initiative to introduce more scenic spots to us, so we also went to Chaojing Park (where you can eat) tea and children can fly kites), and also went to Jiufen. When passing some places/attractions, he would also take the initiative to talk about its history and help us take photos. After coming down the mountain from Jiufen, the children said they felt a little motion sick and felt like vomiting, so they went to a nearby convenience store to buy ice bars for us, saying they could relieve motion sickness (gain knowledge) and they didn’t charge any money. 😊 Yin Yang Sea + Gold Museum + Jinguashida Card

The driver brother is very kind and has a lot of experience. Because when we arrange the itinerary, we mainly focus on accommodation and environment. Every day we live in different places, spanning Taitung, Taipei, Jiufen, and Wulai. Therefore, when we don’t have a chartered car, what we actually play and There are not many sights to see. After chartering the car for a day, driver Chen took us to many different scenic spots, such as Cat Village, coastline, Magang intertidal zone, Golden Waterfall, Shifen sky lanterns and so on. There are no cars in these places, and it is basically difficult to rely on other means of transportation to get there. Overall, it was a very good experience, I highly recommend everyone to hire a driver Chen🥰

The car ride was very comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great first experience exploring Taiwan! I loved it so much. There was a lot of fog, so I couldn't see the mountains, but I'll definitely use this service again next time.

The driver was very enthusiastic and had a pleasant chat. He helped us arrange the trip. Although we were too slow and didn't finish the trip, we still went to where we wanted to go. Very satisfied.

The driver contacted us a day before our trip. The nicest thing about our driver was that he insisted on getting us breakfast. He gave us a tour and recommended some must-see locations. On the way, he even gave us some chocolate. His driving is smooth. Upon dropping us off at Night Market, he told us to keep onto our valuables.

Take us to where we want to go. By the way, we took pictures. Where we want to go, send it to him and let him drive to the location. When the visit is finished I told him to come pick me up. During the day, take them out to eat delicious noodles. Drive politely and well. If you rent a car and drive yourself, you'll probably be stressed out from the unfamiliar roads. Next time, I will choose this way of traveling again.

Mr Chen Jia Kuan (陳) (chinese speaking) was an amazing driver and host to us in Taiwan. The day before he messaged me via whatsapp to ask about our rough itinerary and also where we wanted to start of and final drop off location. He sent us a photo of his car and carplate so we know who to look for. The process was extremely convenient as he drove to our bnb’s entrance to pick us up. We went to Kee Lung bay, jiufen and shifen. We understood him well as Singaporeans and got along very well. Along the way to our main destinations, he also stopped along places we did not plan for to let us see places that are less well known, but equally beautiful. Some of these places are also places we didnt plan for but he said was a must visit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as a guide. 10/10 driver

The driver brought us to attraction that is known to local only. The place is really beautiful. The meal is enjoyable too.

the driver is not approachable nor even a single smile. he also charged us additional despite the traffic which is not our fault. we negotiate to meet halfway but still insisted to pay additional 700ntd. i wont recommend this if he will be the driver again.
