Food is great! Very convinitleocated - MRT exit/entrance next to the building. Asked for a chair(room had none) and it was delivered within 30 min. Unfortunately, Internet connection was really bad- keept dropping every two minutes. Nice bedding. Carpet, chandelier, and mirrors in hallway could benefit from refreshing.

This hotel is stupid. Based on other reviews from over a year ago it seems like one of the most common complaint was the cleanliness of the hallway carpet. The carpet in the corridors are still really dirty. Seems like they are too focused on profits that they are unwilling to shut down a floor to make the corrections necessary as the room carpet seems to be ok. Other than that our rooms were generally pretty good/acceptable for the price we paid (City view deluxe family room). Location can't be beat and the reception staff were courteous and helpful. The large self storage room was a blessing as it allowed us to explore the city without our luggage prior to check in and after check out.

The best hotel!! The building is right after you exit the Ximen Exit 4 and Exit 5. The staff are very accommodating and even let us check in earlier since we had a dinner reservation to prepare for. Superb breakfast buffet, great service, clean room, and a plus point for their free luggage room.

we’re so glad that we chose this as our hotel! it’s near Ximending, so whenever we want to just stop by GU and the famous Milk Tea shop it’s literally just a few minutes walk. the best part is the Train Station is just outside the building! there’s even an ATM Machine just across the building. i recommend this hotel especially cause of how near everything was! The bathroom is very spacious and there’s mirror in every corner of it! surely a woman designed the room hahahah
