We traveled on the day Super Typhoon Bavi was affecting Taiwan, so we were very grateful that our Taiwan High Speed Rail trip still operated safely and wasn't canceled. It gave us peace of mind and allowed us to continue our travel plans without major disruptions. Booking through Klook was seamless, and redeeming our tickets was quick and easy. The train was clean, comfortable, spacious, and departed on time despite the weather. The stations were well organized with clear signs, making it easy for first-time visitors like us to navigate. Traveling from Taipei to Kaohsiung was smooth, fast, and stress-free. We're truly thankful to the THSR team for their professionalism and commitment to passenger safety. Purchasing round-trip ferry tickets on KLOOK is more affordable than buying them on-site. Booking online in advance also helps secure your itinerary. However, please note that both legs of the journey must be with the same ferry company. To redeem your paper round-trip tickets, present the QR code from your purchase voucher and a valid ID at the corresponding ferry company's ticket counter. Once you arrive in Xiaoliuqiu, remember to keep your return ticket safe, as you'll need it to board the ferry back to Donggang after your trip!

The reservation process was smooth, and the car was successfully picked up. However, the car rental company doesn't proactively contact you before the trip, which I think the business could improve on to let consumers know you have received the booking. Service: Average Vehicle condition: I wanted to rent a 125cc scooter this time, but I was asked to switch to an electric scooter when I arrived. After reluctantly agreeing, this electric scooter was extremely difficult to start. I don't know what the bug is...

Really straight forward instructions on how to redeem tickets for the vouchers at the kiosk near exit 2 of the HSR station, friendly driver and buses run every half an hour or so

The driver was already at the agreed-upon location before the scheduled time. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver drove quickly and safely to Donggang Ferry Terminal within 50 minutes at 9 AM.

Super cute route with a lunchbox included, however, No drinks are included during the righteous in the beginning when you collect your ticket . make sure to sit on the right side facing train direction because that’s where the seaside is. I took the train when it was raining, but it was still nice. Of course I would prefer everything to be blue or just like the lovely blue train.

The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

A great experience. Four hours well spent discovering magnificent places. Very interesting and comprehensive explanations. It all ends with a very unique, fresh, and delicious fish restaurant. Definitely a must-do.

You can easily travel from Zuoying Station to the harbor for Xiaoliuqiu. It's slightly cheaper to book and pay online than to top up an EasyCard and take the bus. Since my itinerary only included Xiaoliuqiu and no other places in Kaohsiung, it was a convenient option.
