Remember to bring your health insurance card or ID to the counter to pick up your physical tickets after purchasing them here! Sometimes extra departures are added, and I was lucky this time that I didn't have to wait for the next departure an hour later and only had to wait about 15 minutes before boarding. Renting a scooter was the funnest thing we did! We had to rent a electric bike because we dont have a motorcycle license. It looked just like a scooter but doesn't go as fast! It was perfect for this adorable island. YSRT was right in front of the pier. A big 4 story yellow building! I would highly recommend!

Excellent expérience from beginning till end. Very easy to redeem physical tickets at the EXIT 2 HSR ZUOYING counter. The bus stop is one level down. You can't missed it. We were given a small bottle of water and tissue. You must press the button if you want to alight before XIAOWAN terminal. Seats are quite spacious.

Used this service both going from Kaohsiung to Donggang and return. Customer service is very proactive and reach out a day before for pick up instructions and details. On the return leg from Donggang to Kaohsiung, customer service advise other passenger's schedule so we can arrange our ferry time accordingly. This help us save some money by sharing the ride with other passengers. Car is in great conditions and clean.

On the day, we took the blue-skinned Jieyou train from Fangliao to Taitung. The guide was friendly and professional, and the explanations were lively and humorous. He also helped us take photos. There were retro fans and night light tunnels in the car, which were very atmospheric. There were lunch boxes and fruits on the way out, and snacks and black tea on the way back. We stopped at Jinlun Station on the way to experience the tribal culture. The scenery along the way was beautiful, especially the East Coast and sunset on the way back were unforgettable. It was a relaxing and warm healing journey.

Even though my flight was canceled due to a typhoon in Taiwan and I arrived a day late, everyone from the office to the drivers responded kindly and changed my reservation. After boarding at Kaohsiung Airport, my arrival time in Kenting coincided with dinner, but the driver was a local Kenting driver, so he introduced me to a local restaurant, helped me order, and even ate with me. He also provided a lot of help via text message after the ride, which was great. It was a trip that started off on the right foot.

The departure time was punctual, and the driver was very kind. Despite the language barrier, we communicated well through a translation app. I would like to work with this person again if I have the opportunity.
