Overall Experience: Highly Recommended Booking tickets in advance made the process much faster, as we were able to skip the long lines and go straight to the counter. The park wasn't too crowded today, which made for a relaxing visit. Both the kids and adults had a fantastic time playing in the snow and using the sleds. Overall, it was a great experience!

Was contacted the day before the tour to confirm the meeting place and guide contact details. Driver was steady and careful and our friendly guide Iris took great care to make sure that everyone was accounted for and was very accommodating. Great experience!

Richard the guide was great and communicative. I'm grateful for his ability to switch between three languages. For a stress-free commute to Rokko Snow Park and Arima Onsen, choose this tour. This tour was quite fun with the options at the park, although I wish there was more time in the Arima Onsen area. With the hour you have, if you don't enjoy the onsen or the foot bathing area, try the soy milk/black bean ice cream, soy milk donuts, and egg pudding. Arima Onsen area has a lot to explore.

Tour Guide: Little Fu (tour guide) Experience: Sledding was fun, played several times, the speed was smooth and exciting; the timing of the connecting Arima Onsen schedule was just right, very convenient, not rushed or tiring, the time connection was smooth, the experience was relaxed, happy and satisfying.

Convenient transportation, small but complete. The place is clean, with self-service check-in/check-out, and the staff provides good service. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but parking at a designated nearby parking lot is cheaper (¥1,500 until 11 am). However, if you leave by 8 am, overnight parking nearby would actually be cheaper. The only downside is that the room is too small to open two medium-sized suitcases.

This hotel is quite different from any I've stayed at before. It's located right on Kobe Harbor, and the hotel itself is shaped like a cruise ship. The rooms have balconies where you can step out and enjoy the harbor views. Our room faced the MOSAIC shopping mall, and next to it was a Ferris wheel that displayed various light patterns every night. We loved sitting and quietly enjoying the view when we came back to the hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and the toiletries are their own brand; if you like them, you can purchase them at the shop downstairs. In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast. It's a buffet with plenty of Western and Japanese options. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and I especially loved the made-to-order beef burgers and waffles. A nice touch was the fresh orange juice machine and the colorful donut display. In addition to having its own parking garage (parking is charged per night, and you can pay at the front desk when you check out), they also offer a free shuttle bus service between the hotel and downtown locations for travelers without a car. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

This is not my first time staying at a Dormy Inn hotel, and each time I am very satisfied. This time I went with my children, and they especially loved the free ice cream, popsicles, yogurt drinks, and late-night ramen.

The hotel front desk is on the second floor. The rooms are clean, the hair dryer has good power, and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub for soaking. The bed is comfortable, and any toiletries you forgot to bring can be freely obtained opposite the front desk, which is very convenient. There's enough space in the room to store two suitcases. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the commercial street and an 8-10 minute walk to the train station.

The hotel service was good. The hotel is located next to the side gate of Ikuta Shrine, in a quiet environment, and the massage was also good. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor. The room can accommodate a suitcase size of 24-26 inches, and you can see Ikuta Shrine directly from the room window. During my stay, many international tourists were staying at the hotel. It is not far from various subway lines, and you can find various restaurants, drugstores, etc. in the surrounding area (breakfast was not used this time).
