very nice and big hotel, peaceful and quiet place, breakfast is very good too! staff is very accomodating. a bit far from the city but they provided a shuttle to come and go.. overall it was nice staying in that hotel

this is a 5 star hotel. the staff is friendly and speaks english. the hotel is clean and cozy. breakfast has 3 restaurants to choose from. it is delicious. we tried all of them. plus point is free bus to downtown and shin kobe every 20-30 minutes.
