Kobe Mount Rokko and Arima Onsen Day Trip Experience

This itinerary is perfect for the day after Universal Studios! The late start allowed our whole family (two adults, two kids) to get some extra sleep, and the relaxed pace was great. We enjoyed delicious Kobe beef, took beautiful photos of the harbor, and relaxed at Taiko-no-yu hot springs. In the evening, we took a cable car to see the night view. Thanks to our young guide, Zhao, for his clear explanations and for giving us plenty of time to rest. The driver drove quickly, which allowed us to have more time at each location, and the air conditioning was super cool. The only slightly disappointing things were that Kin-no-yu was closed today and the mountain was foggy, so we couldn't see the beautiful night view. Overall, the itinerary met our expectations.

It's great to have hotel pickup service. It means you don't have to do any research and can just wait at the hotel for the ride. Very convenient! The hotel driver and bus driver both arrived early to wait. The air conditioning was a welcome relief as soon as we got on board, since the city was so hot in the summer. Thanks to our handsome tour guide, Zhao Ziyang, for managing the itinerary and keeping to schedule. He helped us with translation and explanations, and took us directly to the hot spring location, saving time and making for a wonderful, relaxing experience. And finally, watching the night view from the mountain while enjoying the cool breeze made this hot summer trip, although only one day, very satisfying!

My sisters and I had a great time with this tour. The time given for each spot is plenty for us to roam and see a lot of beautiful place ans other structures. Yang our tour guide was really awesome. He was able to communicate clearly the history or background of each spot. He gave really good tips and recommendation. He is ready to assist all the time. Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Nick Lee did a fantastic job driving/as tour guide-to the tourist attractions today. He was punctual, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Nick is very approachable and friendly, which made the trip even more pleasant. It was also impressive to see how effortlessly he switched between English and Mandarin—even while driving—to communicate with everyone comfortably. He arrived right on time and ensured we made it back to our hotels promptly as well. The trip itself was awesome. The van was spacious and very comfortable, making the journey between destinations relaxing. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful. Our favorite spot was the “city lights viewing”where we even got the rare chance to see snow during the season,which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and a truly memorable experience. We would definitely come back and do it all over again.Experiences like this make us look forward to visiting Japan again!

Every thing go smooth . the tour guide Jack is patience to explain the itinenary .If not are not keen for the onsen , can go for small town and look for street food.

The tour worths every single pennies. Such beautiful scenes, especially the night view at Rokko mountain, is one of the kind. Arima onsen is also very fun and relaxing activity. Our tour guide Mr. Kangfu is very professional, helpful and can speak fluently English, and Chinese/Mandarin, and Japanese. It is a very memorial trip. I would definitely do it again if I visit Japan next year.

Really enjoyed rhis Kobe day trip led by Yi! He's so friendly and explains everything with great storytelling and humor, making the whole journey fun and never boring. He was also very helpful - taking photos for us and even helping us book a nice dinner! The driver's skills were superb - steady and smooth, especially on the uphill roads.
