Reviews
The Klook one-day tour was super convenient, and our leader Cave was very friendly. My only regret is that we didn't get to ride the Rokko Mountain train, which was a real shame. It would be great if Klook could announce this officially, so customers could choose their dates carefully. Thank you! ^_^
Great way to see many Kobe and surrounds attractions in one day. Did not feel rushed. Minibus was comfortable but seemed to have issues with first gear leading to some moments in the hills of Kobe and Mt Rokko. Guide was apologetic though
Friendly service, attentive service, and clear explanations of attractions.
We happened to be there on June 2nd during a typhoon, so our main plan to see the night view was unfortunately canceled. Luckily, we had a great and very responsible tour guide. I hope we can meet him again on our next trip.
The driver was very helpful esp us trying to get back to shin kobe that night to catch a shinkansen to Tokyo last train. The trip was easy and a good way to see Kobe enough to see what it’s known for and their activities. We like that it’s freestyle and enough time to do so.
Our tour guide was very thoughtful and often helped us take photos. This tour itinerary was good; we saw the night view we wanted to see and also had the opportunity to have lunch and shop at Mosaic Square. It's a great option if you don't want to plan your own itinerary.
Kangfu is a great guide and very safe driver. Even though he is not fluent in English, he provided in depth information about the tour in English thru the phone app of choice. We were lucky enough to have a small group(7 people) so we were transported around in a large van. Everyone is free to do anything they wanted to do after each stop provided we meet up at the designated time and place for pick up to our next stop. We enjoyed our trip! Trip date 03/16/26
Excellent Kobe tour overall. The schedule was well organized, giving us plenty of time to walk around and enjoy each stop. The journey was smooth and comfortable. What really made the tour special was our guide, NickLee—very knowledgeable, approachable, and always looking out for the group. His friendliness and support truly elevated the experience.
Under the guidance of tour guide Xiao Liao and driver Xiao Cui, today's trip was perfectly completed. We saw a mythical and beautiful night view; it was absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻
On March 21, 2026, during our one-day tour, our guide Tan Hao and driver Brother Zhang provided kind and sincere service. We unexpectedly encountered six Korean guests who were late because they misunderstood the meeting time. Our team did their best to accommodate them, but to protect the interests of the other guests, we had to ask them to meet us at the next designated stop. In the end, the tour was successfully completed, which truly shows their responsibility.
