The hotel has a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from Hualien Station and the bus transfer station. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the guest rooms are spacious and bright. The lobby on the first floor offers complimentary cookies, drinks, and ice cream during afternoon tea. The late-night snacks are rich and delicious, and the breakfast is also very good. Free bicycle rentals are also available. Overall, it has a very high cost-performance ratio!

Everything was great, but the restaurant seating and shuttle bus procedures were confusing. To save the staff time, they prefer to have a group of customers wait at the entrance. Even though the shuttle bus arrived 15 minutes before departure, customers were told to come back in 10 minutes to get a queue number.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations and provided a very pleasant accommodation experience! Firstly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, nearby attractions, and a wide variety of restaurant choices, which is a major plus for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel exterior is impressive, and the interior environment is clean and elegant. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and comfort. The service staff, Jia-Ru Pan, was very friendly and professional, providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which made me feel valued. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness, a soft and comfortable bed, and complete amenities, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive, putting me in a good mood to start the day. The hotel's facilities are also complete, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and spa, which made me feel very secure and relaxed while using them. Overall, the Fullon Hotel deserves praise for both its hardware facilities and service quality. It is a quality hotel that I would visit again and recommend to friends. My first stay was pretty good. The room was clean and tidy, and the Xiaomeixi [AI assistant] was a nice touch. I would definitely visit again if I have the chance. The night view from the lobby was quite beautiful, and the ocean view from the room during the day was also super pretty and very relaxing. The breakfast and dinner at the Yinglun Restaurant were great and delicious, definitely worth recommending.

Service: The receptionist was proactive and enthusiastic, and their attitude was very polite, which didn't make you feel nervous. Breakfast: It's been a long time since I've had such an appetite for a hotel buffet breakfast. The dishes were very distinctive, and I wanted to try every one of them.

After arriving at the hotel, first scan the QR code to register for the check-in queue. Then, you can park your car and enjoy the facilities. Wait for a phone call to go to the front desk for check-in. Once your room is ready, a shuttle will take you to your accommodation area. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Dinner was great with main courses that catered to most tastes, and we ate until we were stuffed. Breakfast wasn't quite to our family's liking, but thankfully there was a buffet bar with other options. As for the recreational facilities, some required registration and queuing, which made it hard to fully enjoy them when crowded... a bit of a shame. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again.

Overall, a very good experience. The booking process was simple and the instructions for use were clear. On-site redemption/entry was smooth, the staff were friendly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the price was reasonable. I would use Klook again to book other activities.

I was so surprised! My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at Hualien Airport until 8:30 PM. I finally managed to get a taxi, and when I said "Return to Slow Time Inn," the driver knew exactly where to go. Apparently, quite a few people stay there. All the arrangements were very thoughtful. There's a hot water dispenser in the hallway, a wind deflector on the air conditioner, a washing machine on the roof, snacks, drinks, and popsicles in the lobby, and board games, comics, a KTV, and a ball pit in the basement... Return to Slow Time Inn is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during my trip.

This hotel was beautiful. The junior family suite was perfect for us. The pool was nice and the breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to the beach to explore. The town is very small and since Taroko National Park is still closed one or two nights is plenty until it re-opens!
