Having stayed at various branches of Kindness Hotel multiple times, the Hualien branch is relatively large-scale, with many rooms and spacious areas. The environment is clean, tidy, and comfortable. You can see employees mopping the floors and wiping the tables early in the morning, not being careless at all. No wonder there are so many guests staying here. The midnight snacks are diverse and comparable to a regular meal, allowing guests to eat their fill. The breakfast is even more abundant, with spicy wontons, Taiwanese meatball, shumai, fried dumplings, Cantonese congee... many varieties. It's worth mentioning that the longan glutinous rice porridge is excellent! It's the top choice for travelers to stay. Thumbs up! 👍

This stay in the Japanese-Western style ocean view room was fantastic. It was very spacious, featuring a large king-size bed, a Japanese-style living area, two sinks, a separate shower and toilet, and an oversized bathtub. Being on a high floor, it offered a stunning view of Hualien Port. The amenities and space were truly impressive. I paid an extra fee for an additional futon and breakfast for one person, which was well worth it. We were on the 15th floor. The hotel also has a well-equipped swimming pool and gym, and in the basement, there are table tennis, billiards, and children's arcade games. We could take our time enjoying breakfast until noon, which was a very thoughtful touch. Both my family's elders and I were extremely satisfied with this trip. If you're looking to enjoy ocean views, I highly recommend it; you can directly watch the dawn break and the sunrise. If you plan to explore the city, you'll need to arrange transportation. For enjoying the hotel and the sea view, it's highly recommended.

Being away from the train station brought a vacation vibe. I was honored to be upgraded to a sea-view room for my two-night stay, and I'm truly grateful 🙏. The spacious lobby immediately felt comfortable, and there's a reading room in the loft, offering a relaxing space. Entering the sea-view room was refreshing, and the wooden floors gave it a homey feel. There's also a game room on the 8th floor where kids can burn off energy. Breakfast was still plentiful, and being able to enjoy it after checking out added to the leisurely experience. The only minor drawback was the lack of bicycle rentals, but that doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent stay!

The rooms have been renovated recently and are very new and comfortable. However, the breakfast was mediocre, and the restrooms in the lobby on the first floor were not very clean. Everything else was good, including the free shuttle service to the train station and the city bus stop nearby.

As the hotel name suggests, everything is perfect. The service is attentive and friendly, making it an ideal choice for complete relaxation and a good rest. The dining options are diverse and plentiful, and the resort grounds are beautifully and thoughtfully designed, offering a unique and exquisite experience whether you visit during the day or at night.

We had a very satisfying stay. The staff were incredibly patient, from check-in to explaining everything, and were always happy to help. We even made a last-minute dinner reservation without any issues! We loved the environment and the performances, not to mention the ocean view from our room and the mountain view from the hallway. Plus, it's super close to the beach!

The hotel's decor is very grand, and the lounge space on the first floor is comfortable. Simple snacks, biscuits, tea, and coffee are available in the afternoon. The rooms are slightly small, but some room types have bathtubs where you can relax and take a bath. Although the breakfast selection is not extensive, it includes authentic Gongzheng steamed buns. Overall, the accommodation has a very high cost-performance ratio!

Very satisfied with the point-to-point transfer service. The family activities were pretty good. I really liked the free boiled eggs and water bamboo shoots with special pepper salt near the hotel; I couldn't get enough. In addition, I won both big and small prizes in the evening lottery, which brought unexpected surprises to this trip! ❤️
