Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station tours

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during this trip as we were lucky to have a clear day to enjoy Mt Fuji clearly from Fujisan World Heritage Centre. The views at Hakone and Owakudani were spectacular with all the volcanic activities. We ended our day with a cruise on the peaceful Lake Ashi.

Sherry was very accommodating with our needs and requests. We even got to see the Chureito Pagoda which was extra. Even though we didn't see the fuji sign it was still a meaningful experience with all the places we went to. He knew where to take us to eat and got us to the matcha making class experience at Shikido. It felt like a first class experience with a private car. We will definitely book with Sherry again! We had a great experience with Bek as our driver. He was very accommodating to our requests and was happy to follow our customized itinerary instead of a fixed tour route. There was a small hiccup at the beginning of the day with about a one-hour delay because our original driver became unwell and had to be replaced. While it was an inconvenience, Bek handled the situation professionally and ensured the rest of the trip went smoothly. Our route was exactly as we had planned: from the hotel to Chureito Pagoda, Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko, Shiraito Falls, and finally Shibuya. Bek drove safely, was punctual at each stop, and gave us the flexibility to enjoy each location at our own pace. Overall, despite the initial delay, we were very satisfied with the service. Bek’s friendly attitude, flexibility, and professionalism made the trip enjoyable. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating driver in the Mt. Fuji area

The tour guide Sofie was amazing and funny! she was straight to the point with instructions. The bus was clean and well maintained. It was a perfect day for Mt Fuji.

Very convenient and great value for money for a family of four. Ali is very accommodating to allow us to customize the order of locations in the itinerary, add extra stops for rest or for photo ops on the way to 5th Station and to extend the tour up to 2 hours to allow for more time in Gotemba during the Golden Week Sale. The van is very clean, comfortable and spacious.

We will could see the bus as the taxi took us to wrong place of meeting point however our tour guide waiting for us to wait to the bus for 15min and do not leave us behind . My daughter and me have a great time except we missed the Fuji mountain as it was not visible .
