Fantastic 5.0
The hotel itself is very good, the restaurant offers buffet dinner and free breakfast which is very convenient, there's a free shuttle going back and forth at the hotel, so no need to think about how to go back to the airport.

Fantastic 5.0
The Richmond Hotel Narita was truly the perfect choice for our last night. It's less than a five-minute walk from Narita Station, and the hotel room was spacious enough to comfortably organize our luggage for the trip home. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathtub was also quite big. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers bath salts for a relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for walking to Narita Omotesando for shopping, and there's an Aeon Town supermarket nearby for any last-minute snacks or instant noodles. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's delicious. The best part is the airport shuttle service they provide, making it a truly perfect final stop.

Fantastic 5.0
Its my first time staying at a capsule hotel and it didn't disappoint. I had an early morning flight, instead of staying at the airport lobby; I decided to try this out. The place was very clean and the people staying are well aware of the noise level that should be observed. The amenities that comes along with the booking were great. The bathrooms and pods where very clean as well. Will definitely book this again if I ever need it.

Fantastic 5.0
Great airport hotel for our Narita stay! Very clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Japanese and Western options. Staff were professional and helpful with airport shuttle information. Convenient location with free shuttle bus service to/from Narita Airport. Rooms are spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels. Good value for an airport hotel. Perfect for early flights or layovers. Would definitely stay here again when flying through Narita!

Fantastic 5.0
It's very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. To catch it, exit Terminal 2 and wait at bus stop 26. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. There's also a shuttle bus to JR Narita Station, which is very convenient. The staff were also great!

More about Narita hotels

What staying in Narita feels like

Staying in Narita ranges from very affordable budget rooms up to noticeably pricier luxury properties — the top end runs about 4.4 times higher than the most basic options, so there’s real room to trade comfort for cost. The best balance between price and comfort sits in the premium tier, making it a solid choice if you want better quality without jumping to the top bracket.

How the hotel classes compare and who they suit

Economy rooms are the cheapest option and make sense for travellers focused on keeping costs down; they sit well below the other tiers. Standard rooms step up from economy and suit travellers who want a bit more comfort without a big price leap. The biggest decision point is the jump from premium to luxury — moving from premium to luxury is the largest step up in cost, so premium is the sweet spot for many who want an upgrade without a steep surcharge. Luxury rooms are the priciest tier and are geared toward travellers wanting the highest-end experience available in the city.

When travellers from Singapore typically book

For travellers from Singapore, the priciest month for nightly rates is July and the cheapest month is January, so January is the period that suits a budget-led trip. Rooms are typically booked about three weeks in advance, and many travellers lock in earlier for peak-demand periods, so if you need certainty aim to book ahead of that typical lead time.
