Easy checkin and checkout without much Japanese. Room was excellent (Japanese style family room) and the Lawson on the first floor was very confident. I would stay there again.

The staff are amazing from the time you pull up all the way until you leave! the breakfast is amazing and the shuttle service all day to and from the airport to ride the train was a bonus! I will definitely be returning.

Got a 33sqm room with breakfast included for 2 because the price is comparable to a 15sqm room in Tokyo without breakfast. Stay was comfortable with lots of space to lay and pack the luggages and a nice area with sofa and table to have evening snacks in the room. There’s a bathtub so bring your bathbombs! If you need parking, be sure to get the ticket from the carpark exit and then reverse back to park and use the ticket to pay at the hotel counter for ¥500 for 24h. Otherwise, upon exit the carpark would be over ¥4,000. Don’t pay that amount if you’re staying at the hotel. The staff was unable to give us that information clearly and we were glad to save at least ¥3,500 for shopping and eating!

Having seen many recommendations on Hotel Nikko Narita, I looked forward to this stay. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend a stay at Narita upon landing in Narita airport, or before departure especially because of the value for money of the room compared to staying in Tokyo. This hotel is one of the best in terms of shuttle bus provisions. Take the shuttle bus to JR Narita and walk along the Narita Omote-sando for a good way to spend half a day or walk to the Aeon mall to continue shopping to spend a full day until dinner. Narita is way less crowded than Tokyo and popular chains such as Uniqlo are still available. The shuttle buses remove the need for additional transport cost in Narita. Breakfast in the hotel was otherwise decent and not as great as I expected when seeing other reviews on the breakfast. The 33sqm room size was a very nice size and having water filter dispenser in the toilet helped us never run out of water to drink.

Hotel Nikko at Narita deserves so many more stars! Our experience here was amazing and I wish we had stayed longer 🩷 The staff was so kind, the music they played was beautiful and I loved hearing it whenever we were out and about in the hotel, their amenities were great and easy to find/use and the shuttle service was top notch! highly recommend staying here and enjoying the town of Narita 🩷

Booking Hotel Nikko Narita was an impromptu decision because of the dual typhoons, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. Although the rooms are a bit dated and there are not enough power points, they are huge, clean, and comfortable. The convenient location, complimentary shuttle service, excellent breakfast buffet, and warm, accommodating staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were glad that there was a Lawson inside the hotel. You have to check out their souvenirs; they're nicely curated. Staying at Hotel Nikko allowed us to explore the beautiful neighborhood despite the weather. Highly recommended!!!

Check in staff was excellent and efficient. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and quiet large. We had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious with a lot of different options. The location to the airport was unbeatable and we appreciated the free shuttle to Narita for our flight home.
