Thank you Mystays for the great service. Our room has a spacious room so we can move freely even has alarge luggage. Very convenient also going to airport because they have a free shuttle going to airport, to Jr Lines and Aeon Mall. Thank you.

Stayed for 1 night to catch a flight the next morning. Shuttle bus from NRT - Hotel and Hotel - NRT reached on time and was easy to find. Check-in process was smooth and staff were all very friendly! Room is bigger than standard hotel sizes in Tokyo. Cleanliness is okay, pyjamas provided, as well as plenty of toiletries! 🛁 Hotel has many facilities like gym, indoor swimming pool, tennis court and sauna (chargeable)! My favourite was the 24 hours FamilyMart downstairs with plenty of food options and cute souvenirs to get last minute! 🫶🏻 Overall a really good stay and I will choose this hotel again if I were to catch an early flight from Narita! ✨

Very spacious twin room. With 7/11 on the main floor of the lobby. Airport shuttles to and from the airport makes it so convenient. would stay again next time.
