I Stayed here the night before I flew back home to the states. What I like most about this hotel is that it was near airport and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the size of the room. I stayed at three different hotels on my Japan trip and the rooms here were by far the biggest rooms. It didn’t hurt that the beds were very comfortable. By way, they also have a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport and they also have late check out.

value for money if u do a short stay like chiba area. quite a good choice. I found the car park is not capable bigger car. it ends up I need to park elsewhere .....

Great location, staying near Narita airport, walking distance to JR Narita station and 2 minutes walk to Keisei Narita station, 2 AEON malls nearby and Lawson , rooms are not big but sufficient to meet daily needs, appreciate the hotel lobby drinks but breakfast wasn’t the nicest (can skip)

The room is spacious, however, the interior is old. The sink top joint contain some dark mold. Richmond has some super friendly staff, convenient location, comparable price. if they can offer shuttle bus to and from Aeon Mall Narita, then it can added more selling point for the hotel
