The hotel is close to Narita Airport and offers frequent shuttle bus service to and from the airport. It's highly recommended for those with very early morning flights, as the trip from the hotel to the airport only takes about 5 minutes, eliminating the worry of traveling from the city. The hotel also provides complimentary ice.

Having seen many recommendations on Hotel Nikko Narita, I looked forward to this stay. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend a stay at Narita upon landing in Narita airport, or before departure especially because of the value for money of the room compared to staying in Tokyo. This hotel is one of the best in terms of shuttle bus provisions. Take the shuttle bus to JR Narita and walk along the Narita Omote-sando for a good way to spend half a day or walk to the Aeon mall to continue shopping to spend a full day until dinner. Narita is way less crowded than Tokyo and popular chains such as Uniqlo are still available. The shuttle buses remove the need for additional transport cost in Narita. Breakfast in the hotel was otherwise decent and not as great as I expected when seeing other reviews on the breakfast. The 33sqm room size was a very nice size and having water filter dispenser in the toilet helped us never run out of water to drink.

The Richmond Hotel Narita was truly the perfect choice for our last night. It's less than a five-minute walk from Narita Station, and the hotel room was spacious enough to comfortably organize our luggage for the trip home. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathtub was also quite big. Plus, the lobby on the first floor offers bath salts for a relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for walking to Narita Omotesando for shopping, and there's an Aeon Town supermarket nearby for any last-minute snacks or instant noodles. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's delicious. The best part is the airport shuttle service they provide, making it a truly perfect final stop.

Typical Japan Hotel in terms of size. Frequent schedule of buses to and from airport and hotel. Breakfast is sufficient. There's a Lawson and vending machines available

Clean and quite roomie for Japan hotels. Ease of checkin and checkout. A big plus for free shuttle to airport and a walkable temple nearby.

I had a very pleasant stay at APA Hotel Keisei Narita Ekimae and found it to be a convenient and comfortable choice, especially for travelers flying from Narita Airport. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, as it is right next to Keisei Narita Station, making it extremely easy to travel to and from the airport and explore the surrounding area. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, which is particularly useful when traveling with luggage or catching a flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay, although the room was quite compact, which is typical of many Japanese business hotels. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. One of my favorite features was the public bath. Stayed one night before early flight. This was 2nd stay and I found no Japanese front staff. Foreign front performed duty without problems, buy lacked some courtesy which I ever experienced with Japanese style. Room was spacious, though a bit outdated. Anyway, it was comfortable stay.
