The hotel's shuttle service is excellent. The staff is very enthusiastic and patient, providing helpful information about transportation and dining options. They recommended a Northern-style noodle restaurant that's a short walk behind the hotel. The scallion pancakes there were delicious and crispy. The taxi service and arrangements were seamless, and the staff was very thoughtful in giving me a hotel business card with a taxi number already written on the back. I really appreciate the warmth and hospitality of Kaohsiung. The breakfast selection was decent with quite a few options, and you can even have beef soup. There's also a large screen showing introductions to Kaohsiung, which you can watch while dining. It's great and provides excellent travel information.

Super convenient! The eSIM was easy to install and activated right away after scanning the QR code. The internet speed was fast and reliable throughout my trip, which made it easy to navigate, book rides, and stay connected. The instructions were clear, and I didn’t have to worry about finding a local SIM card upon arrival. Definitely recommend this for anyone traveling — hassle-free and worth it!

I specifically requested a clean room in my previous message, but upon arrival, there were still leftover disposable cleaning supply bags in the bathroom from the previous guest. I requested cleaning for both nights of my two-night stay, but the same items remained untouched when I returned to the room on the second day.

If I travel again in Kaohsiung I stay here again. Good location near on MRT. Many foods shop nearby. Highly recommend ☺️

Great hotel. Just across the Kaohsiung Main Station. Very nice room and with free ice cream and snacks in the cafe. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Even when busy, they maintain basic politeness 👍 I booked several hotels for my dad's follow-up eye surgery check-up in Kaohsiung within a short two-month period. The staff and management team at the Juemin Branch are truly excellent 👍 * The cleanliness is exceptional. Both the double and quadruple rooms we stayed in were very clean, with hardly any dust. The hairdryer and slippers are in the closet, and the hairdryer has strong airflow. The wooden-style refrigerator is also a great touch. The facilities are comprehensive, making you want to stay again. * You hardly need to worry about breakfast, lunch, or dinner as they are very abundant. The team is thoughtful in bringing local delicacies like Danzai noodles and tofu pudding into the hotel. I can only say that the team is truly outstanding! You can eat well even when staying at the hotel. The price for the stay is really great value for the money. Here's a small suggestion: you could put a small sign on the bathroom mirror that says, "Guests, please help the cleaning staff maintain a clean environment." I noticed that women tend to shed hair, especially after washing their hair. I always picked up the hair myself before leaving, as it's very tiring for the cleaning staff to have to bend over and clean it up. This is a very reasonable suggestion.

The experience was great! The hotel upgraded my room when I checked in. The room was very clean and tidy. Every employee was very nice and the service was excellent. Breakfast offered a rich and varied selection. I will definitely come back next time!

If you’re a traveller who wants to stay in an affordable hotel but still want to experience the luxury of staying in a hotel, I highly recommend Kindness Hotel. Aside from convenience since they are just near Kaohsiung Main Station, I also love that they are very generous with their free snacks and breakfast buffet, plus staff are so kind that they even let us stay there a little more after our check out to repack our luggages. Kindness Hotel will now be my go-to hotel everytime I travel to Taiwan.

Located very close to the Kaohsiung MRT Caoya Station, about a 10-minute walk, and next to the skm Park shopping center, a go-kart track, and a mini children's amusement park, making it a great place to bring kids to relax and shop. Single occupancy includes a double bed or two single beds, with a spacious room that is convenient for plugging in a portable charger and using a laptop. If breakfast was not selected when booking, it can be added on the morning of your stay for $350 NTD. Conveniently located near Kaohsiung International Airport, making it an ideal accommodation for those traveling abroad or to the outer islands. You won't hear the noise of planes taking off or landing at night, as the soundproofing is excellent, and there are no noisy children. The cleanliness is very thorough, clean, and tidy.
