I had a great night of staying here. The staffs are friendly. The bed is clean. It smells good also. However, it is the other guests that made the stay not good. Some guests are noisy. Very inconsiderate when they checked in late at night.

Hotel Papa Whale is fantastic! Great location near Ximending and the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The staff are friendly and attentive, always making sure anything used in the room is promptly refilled or replaced. Love that they provide free coffee sticks and water every day, small touches like that make a big difference. Definitely a comfortable and convenient stay!

I love Japanese hotels! ❤️ I have yet to experience something I don’t like about them. Things that stand out is how polite and helpful they are always. I had a problem with the lock of my luggage and willingly and promptly I was attended to and helped. This hotel is my home away from home. The area is so safe that I even allowed my child & friend to go out at night. Thank you so much to all the staff of Hotel Gracery especially to Yoshiko San (I hope I remembered it correctly) 😘😘😘

love anything about this place. it’s a 3 star inn, but it feels like we’re staying at a 5-star inn because of the ambiance, environment, friendly staff, complete utilities, internet, everything. i also appreciate them allowing us to early check in (at 11am!!)

we really enjoyed our stay at Le Room Hotel in Taipei. this is our 2nd time to stay in their hotel. i was very thankful that we got a slot to book in their hotel though it was already sold out previously on the date of our travel

We were at first torn between Hinoen Hotel and Cityinn Hotel Branch 1 as both are just walking distance from Taipei Main Station, but we chose to stay at Hinoen and it did not disappoint. The rooms are clean and bottled water is refilled everyday. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the lobby prior check-in and after check-out time thereby giving us more allowance to enjoy the city. The staff also knows how to communicate in English and were helpful in our questions. The only downside maybe is that the water leaks from the shower room to the bathroom floor, but this is just minor.

Love the size and orientation of the room particularly the bathroom. Toilet is separated from the shower area. Modern and clean. Great area , love the surroundings. Checkin and out was fast. 👍
