Our overall stay was really good — we stayed for 5 days and the place was consistently clean throughout. The aircon and shower both worked really well. The staff were also great, especially the girl assigned to breakfast, who even offered us extra xiao long bao when she noticed we wanted more. However, during our checkout, there was a guy on shift acting as receptionist who was extremely strict, almost unreasonably so. He gave me a warning simply for dragging my suitcase, and rather than offering to help, he just asked if I could carry it instead to keep the place quiet. He also made an unnecessary remark toward my friend, who was simply checking her phone while we waited for our airport pickup that night. Overall, the stay was great — the location, cleanliness, and bedding were all excellent but that one staff member's attitude was disappointing and really stood out against everything else that was so positive.

The accommodation is really nice. At first we thought it’s a scam as there’s none or few reviews. Surprisingly, the place is good, the location is accessible and near Ximending. For transportation, there’s nearby bus stops and a few minutes walk to mrt red line (NTU) and green line (Ximen), also walking distance to Taipei main station and Taipei Bus Station. Also near NET and Ximending area.
