you guys, this was an excellent hostel and the staff here is incredibly professional. I had a few annoying issues with my roommates (loud, brought food into the dorm) and the front desk helped me out with these issues. I also noticed that they cleaned the dorms every day and this made the experience so much better. the location is PHENOMENAL, I cannot express how convenient this location was relative to all the places I wanted to visit in Taipei. what I didn't like is that the beds for the dorms were very uncomfortable...hard as a rock but if you like that then it's no issue. for some reasons the pillows scrachet my face too so if I should return I will bring my own! alright, this is based on a true story!!

At first glance, the rooms looked clean but once I laid down on the bed, I could see that the place needed some vaccuuming. There was a space between my bed and the wall which was really dusty and had lots of hair. Also, the place is a bit hard to spot as it's in an inner alleyway. If you're arriving at night, this might not be easy to find.

pros: 1. so by foot it's 10 mins away from taipei main station. 2. you can leave your luggage at the lobby if you arrived early here are the cons: 1. since it's a budget hostel, expect that cleanliness is not really 5-star, i reported a small cockroach on my bed the day i saw on my first night but i reported on my checkout as i always end my day exhausted. 2. towels not provided 3. not all staff are nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lobby was very comfortable and inviting, a great place to relax. We especially loved the free coffee and tea, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean the whole time, which I really appreciated — the room and shared areas always felt tidy and well looked after. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so it was easy to plan our days and stay connected without any issues. The room also had a blower, which was a big plus (especially after being out in the cold) and made the stay much more comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Check-in was smooth and whenever we had a question they were happy to help. Location-wise it was also super convenient — it was straightforward to get to the train station, so getting around was stress-free. Overall, a really comfortable stay with great cleanliness, helpful staff, and solid facilities. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Really enjoyed my time in Taipei thanks to Beimen Wow team. The dorm is clean, neat. There's air filter everywhere so the air is clean. The toilet is always clean. I don't mind the small space in the room or the toilet. There's a common room with big TV, free tea and coffee and some books so that's awesome.
