The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a one‑minute walk from Ximen Station, surrounded by convenient transport links, diverse food options, and plenty of shops. Our room was bright, spotless, and wonderfully quiet, providing a very comfortable stay for my family, especially with kids traveling along. The staff were attentive and courteous, always willing to share helpful information and responding politely to all our inquiries. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families visiting Taipei — it truly made our trip enjoyable and worry‑free.

Very satisfied with our stay in this hotel! Room looks great and spacious even for three people. I love the fact that the shower and toilet area is separate and toilets are japanese. There are also toiletries you can pick up in the lobby which also inclues wet wipes you can bring with you. Will stay again at this hotel when i go back to Taipei.

It was our first time in Taipei and the hotel location was perfect — right across Ximending Shopping area/crossing and subway stations beside the building. Our hotel room was spacious, clean and has a Japanese toilet. There were various complimentary toiletries were at the 2nd floor reception area. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Hotel was easy to locate, right next to Ximending & also close to halal Muslim beef noodles restaurants. check in very smooth with polite & helpful staff who speaks good English. room was spacious with bidet (very important factor for Muslim travellers). They also hv cold + warm water dispensers on every floor, microwaves & washer dryers on 3rd floor and a vacuum pack machine for clothes on 2nd floor. all very thoughtful amenities

this is our first time stay in this hotel travel with family,the check in counter was on 2nd floor,the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful👍we got into our room on 12th floor with city view at ximending district areas👍bathroom and toilet are separated too👍our two super single beds are comfortable.beside there is a couch for resting,and a chair beside the dressing table.air-con is strong enough.we like the toilet bowl with warm heat on the seat,so is very comfortable.also their toilet roll quality is soft and good👍the front desk staff is very helpful whenever you need anything will immediately send to our room👍their breakfast also great too.😋overall we're very satisfied 😍 cleanliness:👍👍👍👍 hotel location:👍👍👍👍 breakfast:👍👍👍 service:👍👍👍👍👍 transport access:👍👍👍

easy booking through Klook. Sotetsu Taipei location was very prime with Ximen station right in front. very clean and convenient. just a remark this room category have film windows so we don’t have view, there’s some construction at the moment
