Transport in Sapporo

Redemption of the voucher at JR station at new chitose airport was easy. I just showed the booking QR code and they asked the dates I wanted to use to pass and it was given with a cute ticket holder. I was able to use it on my trips to Otaru, Asahikawa, Biei, Furano and back to New Chitose Airport. I want to use it again when I come back in Summer.

Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.

I've purchased multiple JR Passes through Klook many times. It's convenient, easy to redeem, and always works. The promotions are great too.

My experience taking the Niseko Ski Resort - New Chitose Airport - Sapporo shuttle bus was very smooth. The meeting time and location provided by Klook before departure were clear, and the driver arrived on time that day. Luggage placement and headcount confirmation were efficient and very friendly for skiers. The ride was stable, and even on snowy roads, the driver seemed experienced, allowing for a restful nap. For first-timers to Niseko who don't want to transfer via JR or move with ski equipment, this shuttle option is really time-saving and effortless. pass voucher was mailed to me via DHL 👍🏻. easy exchange of voucher to actual pass at the airport. Booked all the Shinkansen tickets with ease at the airport. Pass was easy to use. wanted to go to Aomori and Hokkaido with the pass but met the mag 7.5 earthquake near the Aomori & Hakodate on the 1 night when I started my trip. so I changed my route to Fukushima and Yamagata. Ticket office allowed my full Shinkansen tickets change. will try again with this pass in my nxt Japan trip.

Purchasing tickets on the Klook platform is very convenient. You can exchange tickets and reserve seats at the JR New Chitose Airport. If you plan to visit Noboribetsu and Otaru, this pass is definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

We had a really great time on this tour. Driver Li made sure we arrived safely at every location and was always very patient while waiting for us. When our daughter fell ill, he truly went above and beyond by checking which clinics accepted foreigners, bringing us there, and waited while we saw the doctor and collected the medicine. I bought this 6-day Tohoku-South Hokkaido Rail Pass to explore Hokkaido, and it paid for itself with just the round trip from Tokyo to Hakodate, so it's very useful. However, be aware that this pass offers different benefits compared to the 5-day JR East Pass; this 6-day pass doesn't include JR buses. As a result, we had to pay extra for the highway buses from Morioka to Miyako and from Kuji to Ninohe, which wasn't cheap.

The Driver was the best. His English was really good and there was no problem in communication at all. We accidentally left our bag on the seat, but only realized that the day after. The Driver brought it back to the hotel absolutely free the next day. he really went above and beyond. It really made us feel safe and at home during our stay
