We took a customized itinerary day trip from Lake Toya to Otaru including Uzusan Hellvarly on the way and it was perfect. Driver is very punctual, friendly and helpful in every way. It was a really great experience with my family taking this trip.
our driver was very pleasant and easy to talk to, she also suggested good places to visit in Furano that was not usually found in the website like the Furano Cheese, ice cream and pizza factory. She also brought us to the nigle terrace where we saw cute cabins that sells handcraft items.
We had a very enjoyable time visiting the tourist spots that we specified. We’re a big group of 12 pax so we needed 2 cars. The drivers are very patient and accomodating. The car is spacious and clean too. They also recommended a good place to eat lunch. A homey japanese restaurant on top of Flowerland Kamifurano.

Departing from Sapporo to Biei Town and Furano, the driver shared travel information in Chinese in detail and paid great attention to safety when driving in the snow. Not only did we happily enjoy the snow scenery, but we also arrived at our destination safely. (On the same day, friends sent news that a Taiwanese tourist was hospitalized after a car accident in Furano, which made us even more grateful to Mr. Driver!!)
Driver is helpful and makes recommendations on good eateries. He also volunteered to walk with us to Cape Kamui and help take photos.
