The day we had our trip tou our itinerary that day was only 2 of us. so there is no other customer so we had the whole car to ourself the whole day. the driver Anwar help us take various photo at different sites. we enjoy so much. The night firefly trip we didnt see much firefly. but we still had fun. we saw so many stars. romantic experience

LOVED IT SO MUCH! I wanna shout-out THANK YOU to Travelling Bintan for sending me a kind soul called Dwi! He went the extra mile and were friendly making my entire experience at ease! The pick up to the snorkelling experience to the drop off,I have an AMAZING 1000/💯 service from Dwi and The Bintan Neemo team too! It was thoughtful for the organisers to allow us have the pop mee and coffee ☕ truly 😋 🤤 after the snorkelling,kayaking,swimming around the vicinity of Bintan Neemo! Do not worry for those that got no waterproof camera, you have to relax as The team at Bintan Neemo will prepared it for you! Highly recommended activity for all be it you are a solo traveller wants to embark on this experience or a family/friends group vibes!

Me and my husband were picked up from our resort which was 30 mins away, and the driver was really welcoming and polite. The transfer to the mangrove was really pleasant. The tour guide was very fluent in English, and me and my husband enjoyed that it was just the two of us on the boat. We went at about 12pm on a weekday, which explains the low crowd. However, the tide was high we didn’t see anything else except snakes and atap chee. Overall I stil did enjoy the ride though, and the pictures that the tour guide took of us with the mangrove was beautiful. I would come at a later timing when the tide is lower, and when it’s not too hot. The tour guide gave us a mangrove sapling as a souvenir but we couldn’t bear to bring it home, so we threw it back to the waters, hoping it will grow into a mangrove tree! We also received a free drink at the end of the ride. I would recommend this ride to my friends and family!

the driver and guide is very good.. driver Jon is v accomodative. tried to change pick up timing n he obliged and advised a good time. the boat tour was very awesome. super good experience. boat brought us to deeper water area and we saw so mant beautiful fireflies. we stopped a few spots and it wasn't too rushed at all. driver also waited patiently n drop us by the mart to pick up water. all took very good care of us. highly recommended experience.

a very good and experience driver with full of information..although the massage place he brought us to was bit "off"(lazy and expensive) he is still nice to accommodate with different stuff..

What a pleasant day it was meeting our tour guide, Ah Long. He is a local Chinese guide who speaks excellent Mandarin. Patient, polite, punctual, and very knowledgeable, he even brought us to enjoy a delicious and affordable local lunch. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our trip with Ah Long.

Mr Adrian was an excellent tour guide. Helped take really nice photos for us and even helped carry our older kids up the steep stairs at the dunes. He was very knowledgeable as well! very fortunate to have his as a guide. The place was really beautiful and it is definitely a must visit! Took many very scenic lovely photos and was impressed by the dunes and the blue lakes! don't miss out the green lake too!

the best tour guide ever Pak/Mas Dika! Super friendly, understanding and comprehensive in the tour! We were spoilt with choices on which packages to choose and just selected this and Alhamdullilah we had the best guide to guide us along the way. We booked another private tour with him the next day for snorkelling, kayaking and fireflies activity and it was the most amazing experience and smoothest ride ever. He even took really good pictures for us without even asking and that’s the most sought out service ever. On top of that, he played my favourite songs Pop Punk genre throughout the rides which made the atmostphere more homely. I highly and definitely recommend Pak/Mas Dika when you’re planning to come to Bintan or for any tours as he’s the reliable, trustworthy and efficient. This aint a biased review honestly as we had a great time and tour with him! Hope to see you again Pak Dika and we’ll meet again soon!! 🩶😇 ASIKKKKK~
