Everything was great, an excellent guide who was very kind to everyone. She cares about the fun and well-being of each and every one of her travelers. Zoey is always smiling and very happy, and she shares that happiness with you.

During the summer vacation, I took my child to Japan. There were many places I wanted to visit, but I knew transportation would be a challenge, and without a guide, I might not understand anything. I've never joined a tour group or a day trip in China before, so I decided to try this with an open mind, and it truly deserves a five-star rating! This package is excellent and very affordable (I really didn't expect it to be so good for such a low price). The tour guide is a very enthusiastic Chinese person who is a permanent resident in Japan. The bus was comfortable throughout the trip, and the guide shared a lot about the local customs and culture from his many years in Japan, which was very insightful. A big thank you to Tour Guide Wu Shifeng; he was excellent and very professional, with no hidden fees! We visited all the classic Kyoto landmarks in one day, and the pace was just right! Highly recommended! Everyone should definitely go for it!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on this tour (departed from Osaka). Our tour guide, Joe, made the entire day exceptional. We were visiting from San Francisco with our extended family of 10, including several young kids, and Joe went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. One decision he made was reversing the itinerary taking us to Nara Park first. we were able to see and feed the deer before the deer crackers sold out! Another highlight was that Joe personally walked our group through the monkey park forest trail (all the way to the top.) He took our family photo and gave us time to enjoy feeding the monkeys. He cared that everyone had the best experience. Take this tour when visiting Osaka - if you’re lucky enough to get Joe as your guide, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you, Joe, for making our family’s day one of the highlights of our Japan trip!

I had really fun on this tour and I feel like for the price that I paid, I got to do a lot of the must-sees in Japan. The tour guide, which I forgot his name 🥲, was really funny and engaging. He offered to take photos for each group and he knew how to speak English, Chinese, and Japanese. Also, I'm glad that I was able to upgrade to have a lunch even though I didn't originally buy it through Klook. I feel like if I didn't have food reserved before, I would have spent less time in one of the areas. Overall, I would definitely do this tour again in the future.

The deer in Nara Park are gentle and lively, and they love interacting with visitors. The scenery along the Sagano Scenic Railway in Arashiyama is absolutely stunning, with valleys and bamboo forests visible throughout the journey! You can also buy biscuits to feed the deer, which is a wonderful experience!

the tour is very well coordinated which I liked. one thing I want to emphasize is that you get a 2 hour block to see the main sites and make sure to eat during that time. I got a little confused by the written itinerary and didn’t grab food in time since I thought it was after the site seeing. Taiyuan is very kind and there are emails ahead of time to remind you where to go. the bus is roomy and comfy and he provided some neck pillows too which were super helpful to sleep on the long ride. if you’re looking for a self paced and do whatever you want kind of tour which is more of my vibe I would definitely say go for this one. I highly recommend I liked that I could trust our driver and all the other passengers. lunch is not included but there are shops you can buy food from. try to eat breakfast before hand since it is a longgggg ride

Great weather all day. Got to see some beautiful sights, though if I'd known Biwako Valley would be so cold up there, I would've brought my jacket. Anyways thank you for being patient with me. seemed like I was the naughty one in this group tour😅and I really appreciate the guide Peter for taking photos, it meant a lot to us which is why I give 5 stars. 很好的天气，也看到了一些美丽的景色。还有很感谢导游Peter帮我们拍照，真的很高兴。
