• We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure, informing them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it promptly. The email may be mistakenly categorized as spam. During peak season, the email sending time may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience. In special circumstances, if you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you use WeChat, you can actively add the tour guide's account provided in the email.
• We will do our best to accommodate seat requests, but as this is a shared car tour, seat allocation primarily follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requests, please indicate them in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time may be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times mentioned above are only estimates. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary, as our company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.
• During peak tourist season or under other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be slightly earlier or later. The specific departure time will be subject to the email notification sent the day before departure. Please be prepared in advance.
• As one/two-day tours are shared car itineraries, we kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refund will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected expenses and liabilities incurred due to tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of amusement facilities or show times, or even cancel the operation and performance of some items, without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of play after considering the actual situation and obtaining the consent of the guests, provided that the number of attractions in the itinerary is not reduced.
• Each guest can carry one piece of luggage free of charge at most. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" when placing an order. If you temporarily bring luggage without notifying one day in advance, it may lead to a crowded compartment, affecting driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers and cannot specify the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
• During group tours, early departure or leaving the group midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no fees will be refunded. You will be solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or departing the group. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to official announcements. If no official cancellation notice is received, we will proceed according to the original plan. If the flower season or special event does not meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware.
