Service: It would be better if the TV had an automatic YouTube login feature. Breakfast: There was a good variety. They were running a special: free for senior citizens.

Overall I quite enjoyed my stay even though I have been to Damai Resort previously. The facilities such as swimming pools are in good condition and the beach is clean too. Besides that, the hotel services provided are excellent. In term of the food however it needs further improvement. The evening buffet at Cafe Satang lacked in choices and looked very ordinary. Outside the hotel, Sunset Club offers good beer and other drinks. The food is supplied directly from Cafe Satang. Again there is not much selection of finger food and snacks. We tried order pizza but it was not available. The room is spacious and clean.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Raia Hotel. the room had high ceiling which made it feel spacious, the bed was confortable, and the breakfast had a variety of choices. I would like to ask though - is it still possible to refund the tourism tax to me, as I’m a local? Thank you very much!

This is my fifth or sixth stay at this hotel. Although it is not a new property, the hospitality is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasant stay.

A nice place for a little weekend healing. Everything was good and we had a comfortable stay. The morning buffet had lots of food choices too! Overall, a lovely and relaxing getaway. ✨

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with my overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and interesting places nearby. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, the service was excellent and definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Convenient location in city centre but Parking is difficult and needs to be paid on weekday office hours. Always enjoy the comfortable bed. Room and bathroom is clean enough, though a bit dusty and there is mould on the shower heads. Design and ambience is very nice. Liked the water refill stations on each floor. Check in was smooth and quick.
