we had a great driver his name was Jefri , he communicated fast and well via email as my WhatsApp wasn’t working, he was early and waiting for us as we got downstairs from hotel, he was a pleasure to have as driver easy to talk and shared a good laugh, if we could have him for our whole trip. cleanliness: great service: excellent +++ car: lots of space for us all

Great experience, booking was easy and the operator contacted us the day before for the finer details. Din was an excellent driver, safe and efficient. He arrived 15 min before the time and communicated with us by WhatsApp prior to arrive to keep us informed. He stopped whenever we needed to go to the bathroom and provided some interesting facts about the region. The car was very clean and spacious. Would use again and I recommend highly to book with them.

I read up the reviews before I decide to book this service for the second day of my trip. Uncle Chan was very considerate and helpful towards my dad's limitation in mobility. He would drive up to where my dad was to pick him up instead of just staying at the parking lot. Although it's just 40m away, Uncle Chan has made it easier for my dad. Doubling up as a guide, Uncle Chan has shared generously his knowledge on the history of Penang as he brought us to more places in addition to our original itinerary. Thank you Uncle Chan for the amazing conversation in the car. Hope to see you again and stay healthy. All the best

Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar

Fantastic 5.0
I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.
