Strategic location. Cheap budget hotel and clean. Got toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, slippers, drinking water, hairdryer, towel. Functional aircond, fan, hair dryer. Considered quiet.

The room I was assigned to is small but functional. It has outlets for work, a hot shower that is easy to regulate, and still has a little space to open a carry-on sized luggage in (I travled solo this time so if there were 2 of us in that room, it can become a little crowded but still manageable). The frontdesk is 24/7 since I arrived 5 minutes before midnight and I was still accommodated. It is also walking distance from Komtar bus terminal where I caught free buses to explore heritage sites of Georgetown as well as TOP Penang Tower.

The hotel is compact with necessities and toiletries. They only provide two water bottles per night but there’s water dispenser at the lobby which is fine. Plus, they have a coffee machine at the lobby with some sofas. Overall, its great value for money.

Value, short stay budget hotel next to a huge food court. Former was Tune Hotel. Room is very small 11sqm, fine for solo guest. Only 1 small bedside table. Luggage has to be on the floor. No cupboards. Found a long strand of hair on the pillow after check-in. Aircon vent was very dusty. Needs cleaning. Staff are polite. Paid parking available. Max RM6/day.
