Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Raia Hotel. the room had high ceiling which made it feel spacious, the bed was confortable, and the breakfast had a variety of choices. I would like to ask though - is it still possible to refund the tourism tax to me, as I’m a local? Thank you very much!

This is my fifth or sixth stay at this hotel. Although it is not a new property, the hospitality is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasant stay.

Overall, it was very satisfying. Breakfast was good, but the gym facilities need an upgrade.

Overall I quite enjoyed my stay even though I have been to Damai Resort previously. The facilities such as swimming pools are in good condition and the beach is clean too. Besides that, the hotel services provided are excellent. In term of the food however it needs further improvement. The evening buffet at Cafe Satang lacked in choices and looked very ordinary. Outside the hotel, Sunset Club offers good beer and other drinks. The food is supplied directly from Cafe Satang. Again there is not much selection of finger food and snacks. We tried order pizza but it was not available. The room is spacious and clean.

Overall, this is a very good hotel with full amenities. They provide spacious and well-lit rooms. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and is quite nice. I think there is ample parking, but it is quite limited as well.

so far room is quite spacious and clean, no doubt the hotel is quite old already but overall is good for it's location. nearby there's food available

The hotel has been great so far; it is quite spacious. It's an older hotel, so don't expect any grand designs, but overall, all amenities were provided, and everything worked well. Breakfast was quite good too.

Lubos na nakapagtuturo at kasiya-siyang paglilibot, inirerekomenda. Madali hanggang katamtamang hirap na paglalakad, di malilimutang mga larawan. Si Malindo mula sa Ooo Haa Adventure Tours ay isang napakakatawang gabay at matatas magsalita ng Ingles. Sinundo niya kami mula sa aming hotel malapit sa Waterfront bandang 7:30 ng umaga. [Sa totoo lang, maaari rin siyang sumundo mula sa airport ngunit maaaring may karagdagang bayad. Maaaring iwan ang mga bagahe sa kanyang van.] Ang aming tour ay flexible dahil ang grupo ay binubuo lamang ng 5 tao. Hindi kami nakakita ng anumang unggoy na Proboscis ngunit marami kaming nakitang iba pang ligaw na hayop at halaman. Nagkaroon pa kami ng karanasan sa nibbling fish. Ang buffet lunch sa canteen lang ay sapat lang kainin. Ang Klook deal na ito ay mas mura kaysa sa ibang lugar, kahit na isama pa namin ang anumang karagdagang tip para sa karagdagang one-way na biyahe sa bangka upang laktawan ang pabalik na biyahe ng isang mahirap na trail (MYR50 para sa buong bangka, maaaring magbahagi) at para sa gabay dahil nagustuhan namin ang kanyang serbisyo. Ang karagdagang biyahe sa bangka ay nagdala sa amin sa mga coastal walk na hindi namin mapupuntahan sa pamamagitan ng mga trail, kaya sulit ito. Sa low tide, tanggalin ang sapatos at lumusong sa tubig upang sumakay sa bangka.
