the tour company borneo calling was so organised ! the point of person Mei, gave timely updates and checks to ensure that everything goes smoothly! on the day we arrived at the kinabalu lodges, the check in was smooth, rooms were very clean ! on the day of the hike, we were introduced to our mountain guide: Sofian. He was so nice and encouraging during our hike up and as well on the way down. We can see that safety was the number one priority during the whole hike. the weather was not the best. there was heavy rain on the first day as we hiked up to panalaban and it was told that if the weather remains rainy, the hike to the peak may be cancelled. Luckily however, the rain cleared but it remained cloudy at the top. it was often also explained to look out for signs and symptoms of altitude sickness which was very important. The hike up to Low's peak is tough however worth it. highly recommend! still not an easy hike

Our Tour Guide Jerry was punctual with good vibes throughout our tour. Although I'm the only one who speaks English and most of the joiners were Chinese, he also explained in English so that I will be able to understand and makes sure that all is good. I had a so much fun and enjoyed the tour. He's also willing to take a picture and video on you. So going as solo joiner would not be difficulty ❤️ Highly recommended for Tourguide Jerry's service! Well-paced itinerary & great communication w/our driver, Mr Lai & tour operator. The private tour which was having a driver for the day who was not a tour guide persay but was helpful in pointing out important landmarks & what to do at each location. Otherwise, it was relatively self-guided which was ok as it was mostly self-explanatory. Be prepared for a long day as Kundasang is quite a distance from KK. We saw the Tamparuli bridge - they had a short intro to local traditional music(donation based)prior to crossing, great for photos & trying the instruments. At Pekan Nabalu, tried local fruits, snacks & shopped for handicraft. Desa Dairy Farm (entry not included Rm10 for locals, Rm20 for non-locals, which included a free carton of milk) is stunning. However, the milking process is at 2pm, which we did not stay to see (there is a good video about it onsite) & one could pay additionally to feed baby cows & goats. Do try the icecream there & Sinalau Bakas otw back! Would highly recommend

Handsome Jeff was a very friendly guide!!He was very knowledgeable about Malaysia and the countries of his guests and shared many stories with us.We had a great time with him and would recommend him to everyone( ◠‿◠ )

It was a long tour, but I enjoyed everything. Rafflesia was in bloom, and I was able to see it. The Chinese food for lunch was reasonably good and enjoyable. Because it's a mountain road, the road maintenance is poor, and the car shakes quite a bit, so some measures are needed.

Our trip to Kudasang was enjoyable. Out driver was on time and the activities we partook were well-paced. Our guide, Roy, was friendly and took pride in his job. We had a seamless experience from start to finish.

100/100! The tour is very fun, Our tour guide Kelvin (indomie guy) explained to us a lot of fun fact regarding Sabah. And the lunch is delicious. Highly recommend!

It was awesome. The guide drove super well, getting us there in an hour and a half when it should have been a two-hour drive. If you want a special trip in Kota Kinabalu, I'd recommend it.
