My travel companion felt a bit carsick due to the long ride, so the experience wasn't the best for them. However, the tour guide was very enthusiastic about introducing each attraction, which I personally appreciated!
it is basically only the canopy tour. first stop after 1.5 hour drive is to look at the view of a mountain and to pee/kill time. then 1.5 hour drive to poring hot spring and canopy. canopy walk is nice : 15 minutes walk uphill ,10- 15 minutes canopy walk and 15 minutes walk down hill. Watch out: poring hot springs entrance is NOT included in the price (30rmb), only a small soak of your legs is included. Simple lunch. Then 1 hour drive to Kinabalu Park. Watch out! you don’t enter the park! small museum can be visited and toilet brake. Total 10 minutes. Then 2.5 hours drive back to KK (longer than on way there because of traffic). conclusion: almost 7 hours drive for 15 minutes canopy walk…
