very satisfied with the staff service of Lexus Hibiscus PD. I was booked the unit with wrong date but they willing to help us to change the date. Big Thanks to the staff name Mr Shan & Ms Khairani. Thumbs Up Also To The Other Staff - Buggy Staff, Cleaner, Waiter & Waitress of breakfast staff. The rest about the cleanliness, the view of the room are very good. Willing to book here next time !

It was a great experience. My family enjoyed the stay and would definitely visit back again. But the breakfast was terrible sorry to say that but the room service food was good. Overall the stay was really nice , staff was efficient.

1 night stay is really not enough. bbq at the private beach, massage by the pool, nice breakfast, kids friendly, slide in kids pool, private adult pool, bali vibe room, spacious washroom,petting zoo, peacock roaming around, soft sand beach… i really enjoy it!

I stayed here for several days, and the overall experience was truly satisfying. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and the process was quick and seamless. The room I received was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed was also very soft, so I was able to sleep soundly every night.
The bathroom was clean, the hot water worked well, and all the in-room amenities were in satisfactory condition. It's clear that the hotel maintains excellent cleanliness and guest comfort.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. The check-in process was very quick. Breakfast was provided, and it was delicious with many options. The children's pool was very well-maintained and clean.

Our stay was overall okay. We booked the Family Villa and appreciated that both the room and private pool were clean and well maintained.
However, the room layout wasn’t ideal for us. The living area is downstairs while the bedroom is upstairs, which meant a lot of going up and down the stairs. During a family vacation, we prefer spending time together in one space, so we realized this setup didn’t really suit our needs.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, it was the least impressive breakfast spread we’ve experienced compared to other staycations.
That said, the hotel was clean and comfortable. If we were to return, we would probably try a different room type, such as one with a jacuzzi. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not a place we would prioritize revisiting.
