Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is convenient as it is close to the beach. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming during our stay. A simple smile and a warmer approach would definitely make guests feel more comfortable and welcomed upon arrival. The room was generally okay, but we noticed quite a lot of dust, which made it seem like it had not been cleaned thoroughly. We also had to wash all the cups provided in the room before using them as they did not appear to be properly cleaned. Overall, we still had a good stay and enjoyed the location and hotel environment. With some improvements in housekeeping and customer service, especially at the reception, the overall guest experience could be much better.

The location is very beautiful. it is close to the beach and eateries. the pool is very big and spacious. The cleanliness of the bathroom was just average. Housekeeping did not do a through cleaning. the shower water pressure was very weak, especially during peak hours. The buffet breakfast is not that great and better to eat outside.
