The scenery in Gujo Hachiman is beautiful, and with the snow cover, every shot is a great photo. It's a shame that not many shops in the shopping street are open, so it's best to prepare breakfast before you go. Bokka no Sato is a place where both adults and children can have fun. The snow scene there is beautiful, and it was snowing the whole time, with super thick snow accumulation. A highly recommended trip!

The bus is a convenient way to get there and spend a day at the ski resort. Bus driver was courteous and meeting point easy to locate.

overall, very fun! I went on a Thursday afternoon at the 13:00 session. there was only 4 students during that session including me. the instructor speaks english very well and she is very nice and explains things very thoroughly. would recommend if you are a foodie who enjoys culture and food.

It was a smooth transfer from Airport to my hotel. It is easy to use and will just have to generate the QR code. You can enter directly once you have the QR code. Just make sure you ride the correct train and you’re good to go.

The convenience of electronic tickets, which don't require exchange, is great. I also purchased a Kintetsu 5-day electronic ticket a year ago. However, unfortunately, I couldn't open the ticket at the station at all, and ultimately couldn't use it and had to cancel. I used a transportation card to go to the Kintetsu Nagoya Station ticket office and bought a physical ticket. I originally wanted to buy a physical ticket this time, but unfortunately, they stopped selling them on March 31, 2025; only electronic tickets are available. Each time you use it, you have to re-enter and open the ticket to use it, but many stations that aren't major stations often don't have 5G network, only LTE. I'm very worried that I won't be able to open the ticket. Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.

Even though my flight was canceled due to a typhoon in Taiwan and I arrived a day late, everyone from the office to the drivers responded kindly and changed my reservation. After boarding at Kaohsiung Airport, my arrival time in Kenting coincided with dinner, but the driver was a local Kenting driver, so he introduced me to a local restaurant, helped me order, and even ate with me.
