Tickets are signed and your full name will be written on them. If it is determined that the ticket is anonymous or has a name other than yours on it, you may be asked to show identification. If the customer's identity cannot be verified, LEGOLAND Japan Resort may refuse the customer's admission.

Once you leave the park, you cannot re-enter the park.

You can enter the park by presenting your printed voucher or mobile screen at the entrance.

If you are unable to visit the park due to unavoidable circumstances, you may change the date of your visit. Please note that LEGOLAND can only accept date changes until the same day 3 months after the date of admission for the ticket purchased.
