the rooms are huge for japan and the interior feels very new and well-maintained. though the staff won’t automatically switch to english when they see your non-japanese passport, they are decent enough in english for the check in & check out process to be completed without any issues. i did take off a star because the hotel is slightly further away to a train station exit. still very walkable, being about 5 minutes away from hisayaodori station on the sakuradori line, but this walk feels like forever when you’re dragging your luggage(s) with you. wifi is fast and amenities are free to take what you need at the lobby area.

Excellent service and they are also willing to help you on your needs especially using the Takkyubin. They even fill out the form for me in kanji since I’m still not that good at kanji.
