The staff at check in and check out were lovely, polite, and helpful. House keeping staff were also very sweet, professional, and thorough with the room cleaning and replenishing all things. We had fresh linens, towels, full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, loofahs, hair brushes etc. Coffee pods and water were replenished daily. The hotel itself was very quiet, easy access to subways, buses, restaurants, the stadium. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

There are also two major shopping malls connected to the station: JR Gate Tower and JR Takashimaya, so you’ll never run out of options for food, shopping, or souvenirs. The station area can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, since it serves as a major transportation hub where the Shinkansen, local trains, and subway lines all converge. Fantastic Hotel with excellent location ( right on top of Nagoya Train Station. Has the JR Gate and JR Takashiyama Malls with the best of shopping built right in the same building. There are multiple high quality restaurants on 12 and 13 floor of the Tower and this hotel gives some excellent discount coupons for them. For Ghibli and Disney fans, there are stores on the 1F floor.

Very good location, just located at jr station. Would stay here again. Breakfast is a buffet, selection is ok. Hotel service is good, requested for a few things such as bath mat and bed guard before I arrived and they accommodated.
