We had an amazing experience on the Mount Fuji tour. 🗻✨ Everything was smooth from the start, and we met our guide, 波木井花蓮 (Karen), easily at the designated meeting point. Karen was kind, organised, and explained everything clearly throughout the day. She shared helpful tips about each stop, how much time to spend, what to eat, and the best photo spots. 📸 Her recommendations really made the trip more enjoyable. The day went by so quickly because everything was so fun. We took lots of beautiful photos of Mount Fuji, and Karen was also happy to help take pictures of us. 🫶🏻 Highly recommend this tour. Had an amazing time here. Only wish could have more time. Managed to take few rides as time constraints. Will definitely be back to try out the rest of the rides. Overall, cool place and one of the destination everyone visiting Japan should visit n enjoy the rides.

Ropeway/cable car starts at 8.30 and it's worth getting there early to beat the long lines caused by tour groups who started arriving around 9.30am. Views as you move up the ropeway were breath taking. A beautiful clear day with spectacular views across the lake and surrounding areas. Once you are at the top there are multiple areas to view and photograph Mt Fuji (and you can never get enough photos of Fujisan can you?). There is also a shrine, tori gates, souvenir shop, toilets, postbox, snacks, ice cream etc. and giant swing= 500 Yen per person , not included in ticket price but great fun! Lots of photo ops and if you want a professional photographer (if you want and extra cost). Great value and i can only imagine what it would look like in spring (blossom time). The great thing about going on this in winter are the crystal clear skies and much greater chance of Fuji 'not being shy'. Recommend with an early start!

Our tour guide was Tiffany. We set off shortly after 7:30 in the morning. The ride was totally pleasant, and we stopped at several stations and had plenty of time to explore the area. All the souvenir shops were also totally great, we bought a lot! Unfortunately, Mount Fuji was no longer visible at some point, which wasn't a big deal since we had taken some nice photos beforehand!

was such a great tour! our guide sandy was very nice and full of energy, making the experience even better. visited a lot of hotspots to take photos of Mount Fuji. we were lucky enough to go on a day were the sky was clear and we could see the mountain clear! lunch was very delicious as well!

Andrew made the trip super fun and exciting. He had a lot of energy and was so excited to share all the different things about Mount Fuji with us. He made the trip very easy and gave a lot of suggestions for food and picture opportunities along the way. Great tour and so glad we booked!

if you're looking to take beautiful pics of Fuji then this is it, u don't have to worry about transportation, our driver Vincent was awesome,very helpful and accommodating, letting is know when a picture opportunity is coming up on the way to a location, there's also a nice stop with a museum and several with food, deserts and coffee, even with the last minute itennary change it was great, just be read to walk up 400 steps at one point. my wife took the pretty pictures but I'll include just mine

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

We had an incredible day with our tour guide, Keiko, and her assistant, Akari. The weather was perfect, and we could see Fuji-san at every stop. Keiko shared a clear and interesting introduction. The lunch she recommended was tasty and affordable, with no waiting. Everything was well organized, from the meeting point to the group chat. I loved capturing so many great photos, and the transportation was excellent. If I return to Tokyo, I would definitely book this tour again! 🥰
