Tokyo - Lake Kawaguchi Shuttle Bus by VIP Liner

The trip was smooth and there was 1 stopover. however it did not leave on time, it was scheduled at 5:15pm but left past 6pm.

Nice experience, no delays, smooth driving and a nice quick stop along the way.

Fifth time going to Mount Fuji, first time taking the bus because I couldn't get JR tickets. Turned out to be better than expected. Besides the bus stop being super hard to find at the beginning, the benefits are: 1) The bus guarantees a seat and is comfortable. 2) Goes directly to the hotel's onsen (hot spring) street without having to transfer. 3) Once on the expressway, there's no traffic, basically the same travel time as the JR. 4) You can eat at the rest stops along the way.

perfect. it was hard to find the bus terminal. as the video only show moment of arriving the terminal. not how to get to the terminal. so it took me some time to find the waiting area at the terminal. however,.the bus was comfortable and driver very kind and helpful. also good slow and steady drive.

A wonderful and relaxing trip. Beautiful scenery from the bus, and the driver is really kind and stopped halfway to give us s break and grab something to eat or drink from the rest area shops.

Truly on time, I was genuinely impressed by the friendly and helpful service. They really uphold humanitarian values. The driver patiently and cheerfully assisted us with great humility. We even stopped for 15 minutes along the way, just so we could use the restroom. Very satisfying!

Very easy to find the bus stop and it was a smooth drive to Kawaguchiko Station with our luggage (you can stow away at the bottom of the bus or load carry one size bags overhead). 2.5 hour drive so it was quick as well! Our driver was friendly and made sure to assign us four to seats before arrival.

I has a wonderful experience using the VIP liner to see Mt Fuji. This offers a flexible schedule as opposed to a fixed tour. The pickup point is located at B1 of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu. We got lost a bit trying to find it. Seats are assigned at booking, can’t choose your seats. There is a pit stop during the trip.

The car ride wasn't affected by traffic, but the pick-up location was a little hard to find. The driver allows people to use the restroom and buy things at rest stops, which is quite comfortable and less complicated than the railway. Convenient 👍 However, the lack of a restroom at the waiting area was shocking. Thankfully, the driver lets people use the restroom at rest stops.
